Anchor Light is Harbour Kollective’s civic engagement initiative dedicated to encouraging informed civic participation, community leadership, and public engagement among Hong Kong Americans.

We believe that strong communities are built through participation. By providing civic education, sharing community resources, and creating opportunities for engagement, Anchor Light empowers individuals to better understand the democratic process and become active members of their local communities.
Whether learning about elections, attending community meetings, or serving on local boards and commissions, we encourage Hong Kong Americans to participate confidently, responsibly, and respectfully.
What we do
Civic Education
Provide nonpartisan educational resources that help community members better understand elections, government, and civic participation.
Community Engagement
Encourage participation in local community meetings, public forums, and neighborhood initiatives that strengthen civic involvement.
Leadership Development
Support community members interested in volunteering, serving on advisory boards, or becoming future community leaders.
Building Partnerships
Collaborate with AAPI organizations and community partners to strengthen civic participation and promote greater understanding across communities.
