Harbour Kollective believes that lasting community impact is built through collaboration, shared experiences, and meaningful partnerships.
Rather than operating every initiative ourselves, we provide the platform, resources, and connections that help communities grow. By working alongside community organizations, volunteers, businesses, and public partners, we strengthen local initiatives while creating opportunities for collaboration across cities.

Our Support Framework
Harbour Kollective serves as a community platform that connects people, organizations, and partners across the United States. We work behind the scenes to strengthen local communities by sharing resources, supporting collaboration, and creating opportunities that have lasting community impact.
Community Building
We create opportunities for Hongkongers to connect through cultural events, outdoor recreation, and community gatherings that strengthen relationships across cities and generations.
Resource Sharing
We develop and share tools, resources, and best practices that help volunteers, community leaders, and partner organizations strengthen local initiatives and expand opportunities for participation.
Partnership Development
We work alongside nonprofit organizations, businesses, schools, and public institutions to build partnerships that increase community impact through collaboration and shared goals.
Cross-City Collaboration
We encourage communities to learn from one another by sharing experiences, supporting joint initiatives, and building relationships that strengthen the Hong Kong American community across different cities.

Our member organizations are the foundation of Harbour Kollective.
Rooted in their communities and shaped by unique missions, they drive change and spark innovation while serving the Hong Kong American diaspora. Many of them began this work long before Harbour Kollective was formed, and their dedication helped shape the collective we are today.
We do not directly engage in frontline activities of regional organizations, instead we support our members behind the scenes with resources, technical expertise, and collaboration opportunities—helping them strengthen their local roots while amplifying the collective voice of the Hong Kong American community.
